Account Lead – Fintech Ancillaries (Remote – Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As an Account Lead within the Fintech Team at HTS, you will drive the success of fintech solutions for airline partners across the Middle East. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will bridge strategy, product development and partnership management to deliver innovative ancillary revenue products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with airline stakeholders, understanding their fintech needs and challenges.
• Lead the development, launch and optimisation of new and existing fintech ancillary products.
• Oversee product implementations, including project coordination, documentation, user‑acceptance testing and issue triage.
• Analyse product performance data, gather customer feedback and make data‑driven decisions to improve offerings.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing and customer‑success teams.
• Monitor market trends in fintech and travel to identify new innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Creative and strategic thinker with solid project‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with airline operations, revenue streams or prior experience in the airline industry is a plus.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with large language models (LLM) and AI tooling such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT.
