Account Manager – C&I Pre‑sales (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The role leads Sungrow's customer engagement strategy across Commercial, Industrial and Residential (C&I) accounts in Saudi Arabia. It combines technical pre‑sales expertise with strong relationship management to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Sungrow's customer engagement strategy across C&I accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision‑makers, and technical influencers.
• Plan and conduct structured customer meetings, delivering corporate and technical presentations.
• Localize and maintain PV & ESS product documentation for the KSA market, including grid codes, regulations, project references and market‑specific content.
• Provide customers with updates on certifications, approvals, project milestones and strategic company developments.
• Prepare customized technical presentation materials for customer visits and maintain records of customer contacts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Solutions, Marketing, Service pre‑sales and MEA/HQ teams to align engagements and share account intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Electrical/Power/Renewable Energy preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles such as applications engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales or pre‑sales in the energy sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and regularly internationally.
• Based in Dammam.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS), including inverter sizing and storage architecture.
• Understanding of grid codes, single‑line diagrams and commissioning processes.
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and documentation.
