About the role
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager – Groceries to join HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, in Riyadh. You will be responsible for growing grocery partner accounts, driving revenue and ensuring long‑term profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities for grocery accounts based on best practices and company values.
- Analyze market data, competitor activity and emerging trends to uncover unmet client needs.
- Lead internal projects with specific KPIs that contribute to company targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and expand your portfolio.
- Achieve non‑commercial revenue targets while maintaining operational metrics.
- Mitigate partner churn risk through strategic planning and regular business reviews.
- Support KAM teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure process compliance.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, account management or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
