Account Manager – Cordant Solutions (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Manager to lead the sales strategy for Cordant Solutions across the Saudi market. You will act as the primary liaison between Baker Hughes and large‑scale customers, promoting our AI/ML‑enabled hardware and software suite for Asset Performance Management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual orders plan for the assigned territory, meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and execute customer strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to generate new opportunities.
• Drive aggressive growth targets, volume, and timing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Provide market intelligence on Cordant Solutions technologies and forecast regional demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling hardware and software solutions, preferably with long sales cycles and high‑value capital projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate, develop proposals, and manage contracts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
