Account Manager – Cordant Solutions (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' technology‑driven sales team as an Account Manager for Cordant Solutions, delivering advanced condition monitoring and AI‑powered Asset Performance Management to Saudi customers. You will own the sales strategy for the Saudi market, positioning Baker Hughes as the partner of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual orders plan for the assigned territory, meeting quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers at multiple levels to drive business development.
• Create customer strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to generate new opportunities.
• Promote new Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions products, driving aggressive growth and volume targets.
• Collaborate with commercial operations, services, engineering, and project management teams.
• Provide regional forecasting and future planning for Bently Nevada solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hardware and software technology sales experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record with long sales cycles and high‑value capital projects.
• Strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
