Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

Our client is a leading consumer goods and distribution platform operating nationwide across Saudi Arabia, serving both modern and traditional trade channels. The business is currently repositioning its commercial model to drive scale, improve margins and secure market leadership. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for shaping and executing the end‑to‑end commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end commercial strategy covering sales, trade marketing, pricing, and channel development.
• Lead large commercial teams and unify go‑to‑market execution across regions and categories.
• Improve revenue quality, distributor effectiveness, and key account performance.
• Align demand planning and execution with operations and supply chain functions.
• Support inorganic growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
• Drive channel development and trade‑marketing initiatives across all regions.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leadership experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or large‑scale distribution environments.
• Strong exposure to Saudi trade dynamics and channel complexity (preferred).
• Demonstrated strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Arabic language skills beneficial but not mandatory.
