Account Manager III – Filtration Solutions (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Account Manager III will drive profitable sales growth and expand market share for Parker's filtration solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on new business development, strong customer relationships, and effective distributor and OEM management with a proactive, customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a hunting approach to exceed sales targets, grow the pipeline and increase win rates.
• Manage customer relationships with a travel‑heavy schedule (approximately 80% field, 20% office).
• Maintain and update Parker’s systems, including Salesforce.
• Present and sell Parker’s solutions during customer visits, exhibitions and events.
• Conduct on‑site product training and demonstrations.
• Act as the ambassador for the Voice of the Customer within Parker.
• Keep market information current and share insights.
• Proactively address internal and external challenges to support customer needs while adhering to Parker policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both mandatory).
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Preferable background in filtration and general industrial sectors.
• Proven sales record with strong KSA market and industrial knowledge.
• Ability to generate and execute business plans and value‑proposition approaches.
• Experience in OEM management, business case analysis, and value‑proposition development.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
