Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing marketing agency in Dammam. The role involves working closely with clients across various industries to translate their objectives into measurable digital marketing actions. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with digital advertising and social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clients’ social media accounts.
• Plan and organize social media calendars and publishing schedules.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with content, creative, design, and production teams.
• Communicate with clients, handling requirements, feedback, and approvals while managing multiple accounts.

Required profile

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an agency environment.
• Previous agency experience is a plus.
• Portfolio or examples of previously managed accounts are highly preferred.
