Accountant – Finance & HR Operations

About the role

The Accountant will oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities for Osoul for Advanced Projects, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Saudi regulations. This role also supports HR and administrative functions, acting as a bridge between finance, personnel, and government platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and prepare journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank, customer, and supplier statements.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
• Process payroll in coordination with HR and prepare VAT returns in line with ZATCA requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.
• Maintain employee files, assist with contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and track attendance and leave.
• Handle company transactions on government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and Absher Business, including work visas and Iqama processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor law, ZATCA VAT regulations, and government portals.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
