Accountant – Finance Officer (Full‑time)

About the role

The Finance Officer will support the company's financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, processing transactions, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end closing activities. This full‑time position works in a dynamic, asset‑intensive logistics environment where precision and timely reporting are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review financial transactions according to approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank, customer, supplier and general‑ledger reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice review and payment processing.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing, preparing periodic financial reports and analysis.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables, and support branch and operational finance activities.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Identify discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions, and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
