Accounts Payable Analyst – Finance

About the role

The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst will join Plaza Premium Group’s Finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end AP processes, ensuring invoices are verified, payments are executed on time, and financial records remain accurate and compliant with KSA VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, obtain proper approvals and perform three‑way matching of PO, GRN, and invoices.
• Maintain vendor master data, reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Execute payment runs, monitor due dates and ensure payments meet agreed terms.
• Support month‑end close activities, AP aging reports and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and KSA VAT requirements, preparing supporting documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve PO‑related issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase AP efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3‑4 years of AP experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑property operations.
• Strong understanding of three‑way matching, vendor reconciliation and month‑end activities.
• Knowledge of KSA VAT regulations and general accounting controls.

Required skills

• ERP systems experience – Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sun Systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
