Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Mecca. In this full‑time position you will ensure that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, supporting the smooth operation of our business. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and have opportunities to develop your financial analysis skills.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and promptly using accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, verify discrepancies and ensure proper accounting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports by gathering and analysing accounts payable data.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.
• Support the annual audit by providing required documentation and explanations.
