Administrative Assistant / Technical Clerk

About the role

Saipem is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Technical Clerk to provide clerical support and assist with technical work order planning within its engineering services division. The role combines office administration with the use of SAP Plant Maintenance to ensure smooth operation of plant maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks such as document handling, data entry, and correspondence.
• Create, schedule, and monitor work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to plant maintenance activities.
• Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 3‑5 years of experience in clerical or administrative support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and work order planning.
