Adventure Instructor – Land-based Experiences

About the role

The Adventure Instructor delivers safe, engaging, and memorable land‑based adventure activities for guests across The Red Sea destination. Working under the Senior Instructor and Adventure Management, you will guide a variety of outdoor experiences while upholding RSSE’s high standards of safety, service, and environmental stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guided land‑based adventure activities such as hiking, trekking, mountain biking, climbing, archery, high‑ropes, and quad biking.
• Conduct guest safety briefings and equipment demonstrations before each activity.
• Supervise guests throughout activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and enjoyment.
• Assess guest capability and adjust activities to maintain safety and quality.
• Monitor weather, terrain, and environmental conditions before and during activities.
• Prepare and maintain adventure venues, equipment, vehicles, and activity locations to operational standards.
• Promote environmental awareness and responsible recreation, following Leave No Trace principles.

Required profile

• Experience delivering land‑based adventure activities and supervising guests.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to conduct safety briefings.
• Capability to assess participant skill levels and adapt activities accordingly.
• Commitment to environmental stewardship and guest education.
• Professional, positive, and guest‑focused attitude.
