AI Deployment Lead

About the role

As an AI Deployment Lead you will sit at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering teams, owning the delivery of AI‑driven solutions from requirements gathering through deployment. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, translate them into clear technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify high‑impact problems and define AI‑driven product features.
• Convert customer requirements into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal teams.
• Oversee sprints and project timelines, ensuring timely and high‑quality solution delivery.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams including data scientists, engineers, and product leads.
• Build trusted relationships and ensure the long‑term success of deployed solutions.
• Own customer delivery as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.
• Manage difficult conversations with demanding stakeholders and reset expectations when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical delivery, implementation, consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and model deployment processes.
• Ability to discuss and assess technical trade‑offs with engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and handling demanding customers.
• Demonstrated delivery and project management skills with high ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and judgment skills.
