AI Engineer – Design & Deploy ML Solutions

About the role

Master Works is looking for a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address real‑world business challenges. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, turning research prototypes into production‑ready systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with responsible AI principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and big‑data analytics.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Integrate AI models with existing applications and services to improve efficiency.
• Guide and train team members on AI concepts and best practices.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Strong programming background in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with big‑data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization, and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of large language models, generative AI, or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
