AI Learning & Adoption Specialist

About the role

The AI Learning & Adoption Specialist will lead the design and delivery of AI education programmes across the Group. Reporting to the Director of AI Governance & Adoption, the role focuses on building employee capability, fostering organisational readiness, and driving responsible AI usage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise‑wide AI training programmes and awareness campaigns.
• Organise AI workshops, develop learning materials, and coordinate engagement events.
• Collect employee feedback, monitor adoption metrics, and report on progress.
• Support change‑management activities throughout AI implementation projects.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources and subsidiary leadership to embed a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development, organisational change, digital adoption, training, or employee engagement.
• Strong facilitation, communication, instructional design, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering technology adoption or digital‑transformation programmes within large organisations (highly desirable).
