AI Trainer

About the role

Peerless Training & Development is expanding its AI education portfolio and seeks an experienced AI Trainer to deliver hands‑on, instructor‑led programs for business professionals and non‑technical learners. The role is contract‑based, primarily remote, with occasional onsite sessions as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging AI training sessions for corporate clients.
• Teach practical AI applications without requiring programming knowledge.
• Explain AI concepts in clear, business‑focused language.
• Demonstrate tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, Gamma, and other leading platforms.
• Guide learners through real‑world business scenarios and hands‑on activities.
• Provide ongoing support and answer technical questions throughout the learning journey.
• Keep course content up‑to‑date with the latest AI developments and best practices.
• Collaborate with Peerless to continuously improve training materials and learner experience.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of generative AI and modern AI productivity tools.
• Proven experience delivering professional training, workshops, or corporate learning programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; AI certifications are an advantage.
