Airside Modification & Minor Projects Engineer

About the role

The role is responsible for executing small‑scale maintenance and modification projects within airside areas, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The focus is on minimizing operational disruptions while maintaining safe and efficient airside operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to develop business cases, obtain budget approval and allocate resources.
• Coordinate daily execution of airside projects, monitoring schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Allocate contractors and materials, oversee performance, and ensure safety and legal compliance.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule or cost using Dammam airport change‑management procedures.
• Provide regular project updates, maintain accurate documentation and archive records.
• Lead project close‑out activities, including warranties, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, resolve disputes and foster collaboration among contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in airport projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Preferred PMP certification.

• PMP certification (preferred).
