AM/Manager – Climate Change & Sustainability Services

About the role

EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is looking for an AM/Manager based in Riyadh to help grow its sustainability practice, focusing on Energy and Industrials. The role blends technical sustainability knowledge with a strategic consulting mindset, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial drive to build client relationships and generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem‑solving to define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyse data and design practical, value‑focused solutions.
• Manage workstreams across multiple client engagements, ensuring high‑quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to senior‑level discussions in the Energy and Industrials sectors.
• Develop client‑ready presentations, proposals, reports and executive summaries.
• Identify and shape business‑development opportunities, supporting idea generation, pitch preparation and opportunity conversion.
• Advise clients on climate strategy, ESG, decarbonisation, circular economy, waste management, water stewardship, sustainable supply chains, sustainability reporting and related topics.
• Support climate‑risk and disclosure work, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 where relevant.
• Contribute to EY methodologies, tools, knowledge assets and market‑facing propositions.
• Coach and collaborate with team members to foster a high‑performing, positive culture.
