Analyzer Technician

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Analyzer Technician to support the maintenance and performance of analyzers used in Air Separation Unit (ASU) and Steam Methane Reforming (SMR) plants. The role involves ensuring reliable operation through regular preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and functional testing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on all plant analyzers.
• Utilize test equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot analyzer issues.
• Calibrate analyzers and conduct functional tests to verify performance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and test results.
• Support plant operations by ensuring analyzer reliability for ASU and SMR equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzer maintenance and testing.

Required skills

• Calibration of industrial analyzers.
• Functional testing of analyzer systems.
• Preventive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting.
