Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee requests and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution through the ticketing system.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate teams.
- Provide clear communication and support to employees, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and application usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
- Monitor application health, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
Required profile
- More than 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of business applications and how users interact with them.
- Experience running and monitoring multi-environment setups (dev/stage/prod) and writing runbooks.
