About the role

The school seeks a passionate Arabic Teacher to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for lifelong learning. The role involves delivering curriculum‑aligned instruction and supporting students in understanding the importance of education.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate personal teaching strategies, methodologies, and programs in line with curriculum standards.
• Participate in the development of course materials, scope and sequence, teaching programs, and assessment methods.
• Engage in peer review, classroom observation, and collaborative improvement with supervisors.
• Attend in‑service training, professional development courses, and CPD opportunities.
• Contribute to the mentorship and professional growth of new teachers as arranged by school authority.
• Provide required information, data, plans, and documentation to designated school personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or in hybrid settings.
