Architect BIM Engineer (Hospital Projects)

About the role

The Architect BIM Engineer will lead the creation and maintenance of high‑level architectural BIM models for a large hospital project in Jeddah. You will ensure that all model‑based outputs meet the approved project requirements and support construction planning, procurement, and site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural BIM models (LOD 400‑500) in Revit, reflecting design intent, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve architectural clashes through BIM‑based coordination using Navisworks.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, as‑built documentation, and detailed construction details.
• Generate accurate quantity take‑offs and BIM schedules to aid cost control and procurement.
• Maintain model cleanliness, version control, and compliance with BIM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as an Architect BIM Engineer, specifically on hospital projects.
• Experience working with Grade A main contractors on complex, large‑scale constructions.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Dynamo scripting capabilities.
• Advanced Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Solid understanding of BIM fundamentals (LOD, families, views, sheets).
