Architect – Building Design Lead (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect – Building to lead design development and management of building projects in Riyadh. You will ensure architectural excellence, compliance with Saudi regulations, and seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through detailed design and implementation, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local authority guidelines.
• Review, coordinate and approve architectural deliverables at concept, preliminary, detailed and construction‑ready stages.
• Integrate multidisciplinary inputs (structural, MEP, fire safety, accessibility, landscape) and resolve design clashes.
• Prepare and respond to authority review comments, manage submissions, permits and approvals.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and stakeholders throughout the design approval process.
• Support cost estimating, specification development and value‑engineering workshops.

Required profile

• Experienced architect with proven ability to manage building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, municipal regulations and international standards.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
