Architect – Design Development (Revit/BIM)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong experience in design and design development. The role is full‑time, office‑based and focuses on creating architectural designs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings and documentation using Revit within a BIM environment.
• Coordinate with municipalities, local authorities and other governmental entities to obtain design approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create high‑quality 3D models and visual presentations using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant municipal regulations.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and planning teams for interdisciplinary coordination.
• Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues and monitor design progress against project schedules.
• Assist in reviewing material submittals, mock‑ups and architectural detailing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience in architectural design and design development.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
• Ability to join immediately.
