Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects for manufacturing and plant facilities in Alkhomra, Jeddah. The role involves preparing preliminary studies, developing detailed architectural layouts, and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure functional, safe, and cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce preliminary and final architectural designs using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Prepare electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts, including material take‑off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct feasibility and environmental impact studies, and assist in site selection.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire‑fighting engineers to resolve design interferences.
• Generate 3D models and manual perspective renderings for client presentations.
• Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and avoid conflicts.
• Support interior and landscape design tasks when required.
• Maintain and distribute drawing sets and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design for industrial or plant projects.
• Preferable Saudi nationality, but any nationality considered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• AutoCAD 2D and 3D design.
• MicroStation proficiency.
• 3D modeling and manual perspective rendering.
• Preparation of MTO and BOQ documents.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layout standards.
