Architectural Inspector – Data Centre Project

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a major data‑centre project east of Riyadh. You will ensure that all architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor architectural works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors and façade elements.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams on‑site.
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs) and material submittals.
• Identify non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Support quality‑assurance and health & safety requirements on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector on large‑scale construction projects.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory.
• Experience on data‑centre, industrial or mission‑critical projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
