Area Manager – Amazon Now (Ultra Fast Grocery)

About the role

Amazon Now is expanding its ultra‑fast grocery service across Saudi Arabia and is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead last‑mile operations. You will oversee a multi‑channel network that includes delivery service partners and third‑party carriers, ensuring fast, safe, and reliable delivery within a 15‑minute window.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations organization for multiple dark‑store sites, managing a team of Area Managers.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, tech, product, and procurement to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain health and safety standards while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the next 3, 6, and 12 months, with a focus on peak‑season readiness.
• Measure performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Partner with regional teams to share best practices and ensure consistent execution.

Required profile
