Area Manager – Watches & Jewelry (Jeddah)

About the role

The Area Manager will lead the Watches & Jewelry business across Jeddah, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience. This role combines strategic oversight of inventory, merchandising, and staff development with close collaboration with marketing to strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective management of the sales force, provide analytics and SMART KPI reporting.
• Ensure the team delivers luxury‑level customer service, handle inquiries and VIP client relationships.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, managing all key personnel.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute events, omnichannel campaigns and engage the local fashion community.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, budgetary constraints and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Stay informed on luxury market trends, attend trade shows and educate the team on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager in the watches, jewelry or luxury sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
