About the role
Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program as an Associate Analyst in Account Management, based in Riyadh. You will rotate through two nine‑month assignments, gaining experience in sales and business development as well as product management and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in two nine‑month rotations across curated career tracks, focusing on strategic sales planning, consultative selling, and product coordination.
- Support market intelligence gathering, product development, and implementation processes while ensuring project goals are met.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an anticipated graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Available to start on 1 March 2027 and demonstrate leadership, rapid learning ability, and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze market intelligence and support product development initiatives.
