Area Restaurants Manager – Oversee Multiple Branches

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Area Restaurants Manager to lead and optimise the performance of several restaurant locations in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of multiple restaurant branches.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Lead, train, and develop branch managers and their teams.
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Analyse operational and financial reports and implement improvement plans.
• Control costs, reduce waste and maximise profitability.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Previous experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost control and sales analysis.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple branches simultaneously.
