Assembly Operator – Manufacturing Production

About the role

Musco Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assembly Operator to join its Dammam manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of high‑quality lighting solutions by assembling components according to detailed specifications and supporting overall plant efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Take initiative to achieve or exceed safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks following established processes.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce products to specification.
• Identify inferior parts or processes and notify the Coordinator, Lead, or Quality team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
• Perform packing tasks, placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing them with appropriate materials.
• Support team workflow by responding to production needs and performing other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow direction.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Proven good attendance record.

Required skills

• Operation of hand tools.
• Operation of power tools.
• Use of electronic testing equipment.
• Experience with jigs and fixtures.
• Ability to read production drawings and documents.
