Assistant Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Riyadh. The role supports day‑to‑day financial operations, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations.
