Assistant Brand Manager – Dove Men+Care & Premium Formats

About the role

As the Assistant Brand Manager for Dove Men+Care and premium skin‑cleansing formats, you will drive growth and innovation across the Arabian market. You will be responsible for expanding high‑value product lines and building social‑first demand platforms to accelerate premiumisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Dove Men+Care business, shaping end‑to‑end growth strategy, innovation pipeline and market expansion.
• Lead the male‑grooming acceleration agenda, targeting a €30 M opportunity and building a scalable growth engine.
• Manage new premium‑format expansion for Lux, Dove and Dove Men+Care (e.g., scrubs, oils, serums).
• Drive innovation from concept through in‑market execution for both core and premium formats.
• Build social‑first communication platforms to attract new consumers and encourage premium trade‑up.
• Identify white‑space opportunities across male grooming and premium formats to shape future portfolio strategy.
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery and scale‑up of innovations.
• Oversee the P&L of the brand across the Arabian region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of business dynamics and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional project‑management skills, capable of executing initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Deep consumer intimacy and curiosity about emerging consumer needs.
