Media Manager – Client & Campaign Lead

About the role

Starcom is looking for a highly organized, client‑focused Media Manager to act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients. You will lead the development and execution of media plans across multiple industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of media strategies and plans for diverse clients.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager to align agency and client KPIs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategies into innovative media executions.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships, build strong rapport, and act as the main point of contact.
• Mentor junior planning team members and ensure quality control of all media deliverables.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution and provide strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using media planning/buying tools such as Z/X Plan, ETAM, Statex, Global Web Index, Euromonitor, WARC, SimilarWeb.
• Hands‑on knowledge of digital advertising platforms: DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and market research.
