Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the execution of the annual brand marketing plan, aligning with the overall brand strategy and business objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive consumer‑focused initiatives and ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual brand marketing plan in line with brand strategy and business goals.
• Develop and launch consumer marketing initiatives based on market research and consumer insights.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and research agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Manage new product development activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Create and monitor media plans, tracking ROI and campaign performance.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to optimise brand visibility in retail channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct market visits and analyse retail audit data to recommend improvements.
• Track brand performance, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for business decisions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and communications.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
