Assistant Commercial Delivery Manager – Freelance (West Region)

About the role

Asia Football Group (AFG) is seeking a freelance Assistant Commercial Delivery Manager to support matchday operations across the West Region. The role involves coordinating commercial activities, sponsor activations, and venue logistics for AFC competitions.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Local Organising Committees (LOC) and AFC staff on all commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with AFC Commercial Delivery Guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee commercial signage installation, removal, and sponsor branding throughout the stadium.
• Coordinate ticket distribution, VIP hosting, and sponsor activation zones.
• Manage logistics for in‑stadium operations, including supplier accreditation and access.
• Provide event reporting before, during, and after matchdays and resolve on‑venue commercial issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sport events or venue management experience, preferably in Asia.
• Understanding of sponsor rights delivery in match or tournament contexts.
• Experience with live broadcast football matches or other venue‑based sports events.
