Assistant Designer – Design

About the role

The Assistant Designer – Design will support the tile design department of a leading ceramics manufacturer operating in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior designers, you will contribute to the creation of new tile collections, ensuring visual quality and technical feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop graphic concepts and tile patterns using industry‑standard design software.
• Prepare production‑ready files with correct bleed, trim and colour specifications.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to translate designs into printable formats.
• Maintain colour consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist senior designers in client presentations and feedback incorporation.
• Support the documentation and archiving of design assets.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.A. in a design‑related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in ceramics or tile design within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication skills for client and cross‑functional interaction.
