Assistant IT Manager

About the role

As an Assistant IT Manager with Hilton, you will support the daily operation of IT systems across multiple hotel sites, ensuring guests and staff enjoy reliable technology experiences. You will work closely with the IT team and other hotel departments to keep systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for all internal hotel IT systems, minimizing outages.
• Supervise the IT department on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring quality delivery within budget and standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and apply it to maximize system benefits.
• Ensure compliance with legal IT governance and security requirements.
• Identify current and future system needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with all hotel departments.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Minimum 2 years of IT management experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft systems.
• Experience with hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros (preferred).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and business applications.
• Understanding of development methodology and IT governance/security.
