About the role
This is a customer‑facing leadership position that blends sales, customer support and business development. You will work closely with construction, quarry and mining customers, distributors and site teams to drive aftermarket growth and promote digital solutions. The role is field‑active and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the integration of sales and support activities for construction, quarry and mining accounts.
- Develop and expand aftermarket services while encouraging adoption of digital solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and on‑site teams to ensure high service quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with a background in construction, quarry, mining, heavy equipment or related industrial sectors.
- Proven commercial and customer relationship abilities.
- Experience in business development, aftermarket support or service, preferably as an application engineer.
- Familiarity with digital solutions and their implementation in industrial environments.
