Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Inventory

About the role

Valeo Health is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead its Warehouse & Inventory function. You will ensure smooth, accurate handling of goods across the supply chain while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Manage daily inventory operations including inbound, outbound and returns processing.
• Maintain warehouse layout, storage practices and safety standards.
• Ensure continuous inventory availability, flag low‑stock SKUs and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics; prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Design and implement strategies to reduce inventory loss and improve SOPs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, vendors/3PL partners and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in healthcare, pharma or FMCG.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems or WMS software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
