About the role
Destination Hotels is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the launch of Hyatt Place AlUla. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction in a brand‑new property that will serve both leisure and business travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant staff and help with scheduling.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, service standards, and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Previous experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Good understanding of service standards and guest experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English.
