About the role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, helping to achieve sales targets and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role acts as the deputy for the Store Manager, overseeing the workforce and maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet CX standards.
- Drive sales performance and initiate business improvements to meet KPI targets.
- Manage and implement sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with Marketing, Buying and Planning.
- Ensure smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, handling disruptions promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.
Required profile
- Diploma or high school certificate; retail‑related qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
