Associate Project Commercial Support

About the role

The Associate Project Commercial Support role assists the SA 2106 GIS Business by handling commercial and SAP‑related transactions, allowing Project Managers to focus on customer expectations and unit profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activities such as bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare all commercial documents required for bank payments and letters of credit.
• Create and update SAP project costing information.
• Compile invoicing documentation and drive the invoicing process to ensure timely billing.
• Provide Project Managers with backup information for commercial transactions.
• Maintain system data for revenue tracking and payment collection.
• Generate detailed status updates for internal discussions on commercial activities.
• Produce invoicing reports and support compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–7 years of experience in a project environment handling commercial documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
