Associate Technical Professional - Electrical

About the role

The Associate Technical Professional – Electrical will support the study, design, specification and service of electrical and electronic systems across power generation, transmission, distribution and related areas. Working under direct supervision, the role applies basic engineering principles to deliver well‑defined assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Study, design, and specify electrical and electronic systems including power generation, transmission and distribution.
• Perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.
• Use judgment in selecting and adapting engineering alternatives.
• Carry out specific, well‑defined tasks that support project viability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop specifications.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Certification as Engineer‑in‑Training preferred.
• Entry‑level position; ability to work under supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn and develop engineering competencies.
