ATM Software Support Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Our client, a leading consulting firm in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an ATM Software Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and optimizing ATM software operations within a fast‑paced banking technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.
• Monitor ATM network performance to ensure maximum availability and uptime.
• Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.
• Ensure ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and network operations.
• Familiarity with ATM software platforms and banking technology infrastructure.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI‑DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently onsite.
• Valid work authorization or transferable Iqama for on‑site work in Riyadh.
