Attraction Shift Supervisor – Taif

About the role

The Shift Supervisor leads the attraction team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality guest service. This position is responsible for staff performance, safety compliance, and maintaining SEVEN’s standards throughout the attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team, assign tasks, and provide on‑the‑spot training.
• Monitor floor operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct regular equipment checks, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate shift records, prepare reports for the Attractions Manager, and highlight operational outcomes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in a guest‑facing environment, preferably entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 5 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform manual handling tasks.
