B2B Sales Account Manager

About the role

Amad Craft is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to win new business and grow its corporate client portfolio. The role focuses on turning Saudi craftsmanship into lasting business relationships through contemporary handcrafted products and premium corporate gifts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire clients across corporate gifting, hospitality, tourism, and events.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate tailored product and gifting solutions.
• Grow key accounts through repeat orders, cross‑selling, and proactive relationship management.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, manage forecasts, and achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
• Follow up on payments in coordination with finance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account management, with evidence of winning and growing accounts.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• An understanding of corporate purchasing processes and the Saudi market.
• Experience in corporate gifting, premium products, hospitality supply, or related sectors is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Confidence using CRM tools.
