About the role
We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our hotel team within the Accor network. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks to exacting standards.
- Operate espresso machines and related coffee equipment efficiently.
- Handle customer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the service area.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel, café or restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team‑oriented mindset and adherence to operational standards.
Required skills
- Operating espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Coffee brewing techniques and preparation of hot and cold beverages.
- Knowledge of different coffee bean varieties and their flavor profiles.
